Lisa Herrera

Lisa began her career in account service at ad agencies, working with global packaged goods and national retail clients. There she gained a wealth of marcom, creative and media planning expertise as she learned what makes good marketing strategy work. About a decade later, she moved into business development roles in the printing industry, where she engaged with marketing departments in the finance, retail, technology and education fields to ensure seamless execution of print projects. Nearly 25 years after her first ad agency job, Lisa provides clients with a keen attention to detail, loads of ideas, and impromptu cookie deliveries while making their marketing dreams come true. A lifelong Texan with a teenage son and a Jack Russell Terrier, she enjoys early morning bike rides, cooking,  reading memoirs, and attending her son's band performances. 

Chen-Chen Denila

Chen-Chen is a dedicated CSR and Promotional Sales Assistant.

A Cum Laude graduate in Business Administration major in Marketing Management from the Philippines who is passionate about creating effective marketing solutions, fostering positive customer relationships and bring commitment to excellence in customer service. Chen, a 25-year-old enthusiast, balances her career with her interests in reading and music, finding joy in the pages of books and the melodies that accompany her daily life.

Eric Krafve

Eric is a strategic leader with over two decades of experience in advertising, brand strategy, business development, and marketing. With a robust background that includes roles in advertising agencies, marketing firms, and printing services, Eric has cultivated a diverse skill set that encompasses sales strategy, performance metrics, B2B sales, contract negotiation, graphic design, and marketing. His comprehensive understanding of the industry allows him to craft tailored solutions that drive sustained growth for his clients.

Melissa Brown

Melissa enjoys providing fast and friendly service to customers and building strong, lasting relationship with them. I am currently a Customer Care Specialist with over 10 years’ experience. I handle vendor communications, customer support/service and build customer eCommerce web stores. I enjoy helping people in finding solutions to their marketing product ideas!

Korey Woodard

Korey is a results-driven professional with a strong background in sales, management, and customer service. As a Sales Professional, he has a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives and fostering strong client relationships. With expertise in social media relations and management, as well as custom artwork design and large-format printing project management, Korey combines creative and technical skills to deliver exceptional results. Passionate about enhancing customer experiences, he is dedicated to contributing to dynamic teams focused on achieving business objectives.

Edward Martin

Edward started his career off as an envelope salesman after coming out of college with a philosophy degree and no real-world skills. After the company he worked for went bankrupt and he was laid off he decided to go into business for himself. He bought a print and promo franchise that he operated for 15 years building it to where sales reached into the top 2% of the industry. Now he has spun off that company into Dream Marketing LLC where his team can offer a more modern array of products and services. A dedicated family man, he has a vision and passion for creating a work/life balance for himself, his team members, and their client partners. 

Michelle Caver

With over 14 years of diverse experience across healthcare, education, peer counseling, product sourcing, and her most important job- being a full-time mother of four. Michelle brings a well-rounded perspective to her role as Chief Culture Officer. Her professional journey has cultivated a strong foundation in finance and operations, most recently serving as AP/AR Manager. Known for her adaptability and leadership, Michelle continues to drive operational excellence while shaping a positive and collaborative organizational culture.
